Here it is: Quagsire L64 Item: Quick Claw Rain Dance Surf Earthquake Ice Punch It's a Quagsire!  Quagsire's the best, and this moveset's the best too as far as I'm concerned.  Unfortunately Quagsire can't learn Blizzard as I thought it could, so I'm forced to settle for Ice Punch. Raticate L63 Item: King's Rock Dig Super Fang Strength Rock Smash Rock Smash is NOT here to stay, I'm considering other options for the 4th slot.  I've decided against the usual Hyper Fang on Raticate due to several reasons: a) IIRC, King's Rock gives 11.7% chance of flinching, which is better than Hyper Fang's 10% b) Strength is more accurate than Hyper Fang c) King's Rock also gives Super Fang the chance of flinching. Also seeing as Strength and Hyper Fang have the same _base_ power (80), I'm not missing anything damage-wise there.  Suggestions for the fourth slot are welcome, I'm considering the standard Toxic but I'm not sure. Typhlosion L63 Item: Magnet Swift Smokescreen Thunderpunch Flamethrower I'm definitely considering something else over Swift, namely either Earthquake or Sunny Day.  Other than that, I think this set's good. Magneton L63 Item: Mystic Water Rain Dance Thunder Thunderwave Hidden Power (Water) It's a Magneton! After catching quite a few Magnemites, I finally managed to get one with Hidden Power Water.  This moveset really speaks for itself, typical Dance moveset.  Incidentally, while catching Magnemites to try to obtain HP Water, I managed to get one with _meta_l Coat Butterfree L63 Item: None (will be Bent Spoon as soon as I get around to trading Kadabra from Yellow) Supersonic Flash Stun Spore Psychic Well, my Gold team is really like my fun team.  I wouldn't normally have Butterfree on a team due to it's less-than-perfect stats, but I figured I'd give it a try.  Stun Spore/Supersonic/Flash is for the annoyance factor of having low accuracy, being confused, and being paralyzed.  It can also induce switches with Flash, and then keep paralyzing the enemy's team. Psychic is about the best attacking move this guy will get. Noctowl L63 Item: _meta_l Coat Steel Wing Hypnosis Dream Eater Fly Eh, I'm not sure whether to keep Hypnosis/Dream Eater or maybe drop it for DT/Rest.  Other than that, Steel Wing is for the Rock types, and Fly is self-explanatory. Again, you have a non-STAB booster.  Hypnosis/Dream Eater can be annoying when Hypnosis misses (often) or when the enemy Pokémon wakes up very soon (esp. in Stadium).  Your Typhlosion and Butterfree are _base_d on accuracy changes, so maybe DT/Rest would be better.  It depends how you'll be doing most of your battling - on a GB via _link_ cable, maybe keep Hypnosis/DE.  On Stadium with a Transfer Pack, swap for DT/Rest.
