Big and proud return to the classics, shapely, feminine lines of head-dresses or Afro it is the alternative not only on the carnival. In this season we observe return to the classics. Very strong lines of hair-cuttings, geometrical, sharp cuts - that's dominating. The classics does not mean however the boredom, oldschool quiet, classical forms broken they are futuristic asymmetries. A base of neat, feminine head-dresses is the sharp cut showing the face and neck, asymmetric, simple fringes exhibiting the face. |

the state of TX went in there with a single suspicion and applied it to all families, and disrupted all their lives. I don't think that is the kind of law that you would want applied to your life. It wasn't just suspicion . Since the children were rescued, several have already given birth.

wrote in message gated community ? That's rich! In fact, it was a compound full of religious extremist pedophiles. The Mormons should count themselves lucky. When we find groups like them in countries like Iraq and Afghanistan, they don't get trials. Who knows if all the members of the group are pedophiles? It's a core value of their religion. the state of TX went in there with a single suspicion and applied it to all families, and disrupted all their lives. <Not PC wrote in message Goddamm right asshole. The court said the state presented NO EVIDENCE of immediate danger to the kids. Now I don't know if you just hate mormons or what, but our system of LAW requires something called EVIDENCE. Not just the rumors some dried-up hag at CPS either manufactured or overheard. Since their rescue, several of the Mormon children have given birth. That's not just evidence - that's irrefutable proof - that they were molested. Might I suggest that you double check to be certain that the women who have given birth are actually children?

And at least one of the suspected pregnant children was in fact an adult. She proved it to CPS, but was kept in custody. After her child was born in custody, they kept it and told her she could go. Sound like justice?

No, that's evidence that they were preganant or are you privy to the DNA results? In Texas you can get married at 16 with your parents' permission. Since this is a closed community with their own clergy, one can make the assumption that any marriage consumated at 16 or older amonst them is legal. Further, (and this may be why the folks decided to settle in Texas, because Utah is a little stricter on this than Texas is) a person older than 14 who has parental consent may petition the court for permission to marry. The court would have to have a good reason to refuse or be subject to a challenge on the grounds of religious discrimination. Incidentally, the state with the youngest marriage age on the books is New Hampshire. Marriage for girls at 13 with parental consent. JG
