Three great ones are Bourjois Khol Precision Pencils, MAC Powerpoint Pencils, and Sue Devitt Eye Intensifier Pencils. I find that all glide without tugging. I have never used eyeliner pencils because I have always had such trouble with them actually working.  However, I have had great success with Tony & Tina Char-Kohls.   They are thicker than pencils - more like a crayon and glide on ever so smoothly! ~~Geri~~ Whoever said orange was the new pink was seriously disturbed. I'm currently in love with MAC powerpoint pencils. They are very soft, and it's easy to make a quick, even line. Audrey I second the powerpoint pencil (thanks to whomever it was who first mentioned them here!). One word of caution to the OP: the first time I went looking for these, I found that the testers they had out were _very_ dry and hard. I almost didn't buy any... in fact I waited a week until I could get an opinion here and then get back to the store. Don't let the testers scare you off, though. The new ones from the box go on very smoothly. Lee
