eyeliner Smoothest eyeliner pencil?

I'm thinking of switching to an eyeliner pencil. I haven't used one of these things since I was in high school (a LONG time ago). I usually don't wear eyeliner, but when I do I've been using a cream or gel applied with a brush. However these are getting tiresome and I'd prefer the quick convenience of a pencil. My memory of eyeliner pencils is that they were really dry and they would skip and pull the skin on my eyelids. I'm sure I was using the cheapest pencils possible back then and makeup has come a long way in the past decade or so. I would love a recommendation for a smooth eyeliner stick/pencil that glides on without pulling (if such an animal exists). Any suggestions? MAC Kohls!! They are awesome, very smooth and easy to apply, NO dragging! I am really picky about pencils and almost never find ones that are soft enough and comfortable to apply, but the MAC ones are. Another af-er also posted that the PowerPoint pencils MAC just brought out are equally smooth, yet *waterproof* also. I haven't actually gotten my lazy butt over to MAC to actually buy any Powerpoint pencils yet, but they're on The List. The Kohls are truly fab IMHO, but the wear isn't really very long, so keep that in mind if that's a factor for you.

*Px Softliner pencils (dept. store) *Styli-_style_ (drugstore) EMiriamD I'll second the Px Softliner pencils rec. They're super-soft and have the most incredible velvety texture. My only gripe about them is that my Asian lids tend to smudge the line, so I usually have to stick to liquid if I'm trying for any kind of crisp line, and save the Px pencils for sexier, smudgier eyes (not really a problem!). I really like the Stila convertible color eyeliner pencils, but they do tend to smudge and disappear by the end of the day. To stop this, I lightly powder over the line on my bottom lid and right before finishing my makeup, whisk away the excess with a powder brush. No more smudges or fading!!
