Every other attends from us that the winter is for hair the most dangerous season. In this year you can win with  her. The good shampoo, the nutrient and the foam will assure the head-dress the efficient protection . You need not choose between the health and the beautiful head-dress. Even after the removal of the cap, your hair can look nicely. It will suffice that you will provide yourself into preparations which will protect it and will add to them vitalities.

I have been saying for years that a follicle never dies and can be revived when they get the nutrients needed to grow hair flowing to them again.Ernie
I have been saying for years that you are a total fucking moron who knows nothing about hair loss.

I wonder if anyone has tried transplanting balding follicles to non-balding scalp. And, I wonder if anyone has tried transplanting balding follicles to another location in balding scalp. Anyone know? It would be interesting if transplants didnt need to use growing follicles - if they could just rearrange balding follicles. And it would be funny if no one ever tried that because everyone just assumed it wouldnt work. These are all interesting points. Steven Foote alleges that it's the pocket of scarring around the transplanted follicle which isolates it from lymphatic forces and allows it to grow in bald areas.  In a peculiar way, this paper certainly doesn't contradict his thesis on lymphatic drainage and I thank you for posting it. I think it's more likely that the skin in certain male scalps undergoes pathological, hormone-driven changes and then begins to send out certain signals which cause the follicles to go dormant in a pattern.  Pulling the stem cells out of the balding area and placing them somewhere else could isolate them from these signals and allow them to return to normal. Possibly a scarring effect protects follicles transplanted from surrounding tissue into balding areas from these signals.  Gho has sometimes observed his smaller transplants turning on neighboring follicles but he doesn't know why and can't replicate the effect reliably.  It may be that there's two-way communication going on here and the new arrival initiates positive changes in surrounding tissue while traditional transplants don't because the signalling is blocked.   Doctors have transplanted chest hairs and turned them into scalp hairs.   I'd like to know if the size of the cluster of cells transplanted has an effect.  For instance, do traditional sized excision transplants of scalp hair undergo the same changes? As in diabetic retinopathy and wound closure, it may be that this pathological change to the skin driven by hormonal excess (dht/igf instead of insulin/glucose) causes certain cells to simply stop producing the usual cocktail of growth agents (VEGF, KGF, bFGF, etc.).   Benfotiamine and alpha lipoic acid are of great help with diabetic neuropathy.  Perhaps there are other agents which can return skin to its healthy former state. We're definitely dealing with multiple signalling pathways here.  The next time somebody goes into the doctor for one of these transplants, have them move a bad follicle from one area to another just for the hell of it and report the results.  It might obviate the need for hair multiplication.
