I was in the salon today picking up some more All Soft and saw this stuff (Biolage Detangling Solution) there. I have the Defining Elixir and like it...Lucky also gave this line a good (but brief) review. Has anyone tried this? Is it creamy, liquidy, or what? What type hair is it best for? Thanks! selkie

Thanks! selkie I have. I think it was a liquid spray on leave-in conditioner if I recall correctly? (Got the tangles out, made my hair shinier, fought static, made hair softer). It worked fine and smelled pretty good, although I like Tigi Quick Fixx, AG Leave-On Conditioner with Cherry Bark, and Bumble and Bumble Prep Spray better in terms of leave-on conditioning/fortifying sprays. It worked best with the other Biolage products, however. For some reason whenever I use Biolage in conjunction with another brand it screws my hair up and makes it look/feel kind of dry. I like to use Biolage only with other Biolage products, then it's great. JN

Thanks! selkie I used this for about 6 months, when I went through a 'Biolage' phase. It's a good detangler, but Paul Mitchell's Detangler kicks it in the butt. I have fine hair that is weighed down easily and the Biolage worked nicely, but the PM also gives shine to my hair that the Biolage didn't, and although I have to use more of the PM than the Biolage to detangle my hair, I just think it's an all around better product. Thanks for the help, guys. I picked up a tube of PM's The Conditioner instead.Someone here recommended it as a leave-in, and it's very nice and creamy
