I'm trying to decide on a hair care routine, but I'm not sure what to do.  I tend to color my hair a lot, so I feel that I need something moisturizing.  But my hair is also flat and straight and my current _style_ needs volume.  So do I go with: all moisturizing products all volumizing products moisturizing shampoo with volumizing conditioner volumizing shampoo with moisturizing conditioner Which should I go with? Any recommendations on any particular products?  I'm looking for mid-range salon hair care, like KMS, Fudge, Biolage, Bedhead, etc. Thanks, Jessica Hill

I love MOP Lemongrass shampoo and MOP Glisten conditioner- in my experience, they're good for dry, color-treated hair and they add lots of volume to my hair.  KMS is wonderful as well as TIGI Bedhead, but Biolage products tend to build up on my hair and make it greasy.

You say you colour your hair a lot... Maybe because your hair is damaged it is lacking volume. Kind of like it's just given up. I think I would go for products made for coloured hair. The one I've been using is ColorVive by L'Oreal. I really like it and find my hair has body. But I do blow dry it with a round brush everyday, so maybe that's where the body is coming from. I guess I wasn't much help after all.
