I'm start to get some very faint red veins showing through around my mouth. Does anyone know of a product that will prevent these veins or decrease their appearance. Thanks.

I'm start to get some very faint red veins showing through around my mouth. Does anyone know of a product that will prevent these veins or decrease their appearance. Thanks. Gatineau and Decleor both have products designed to help prevent/minimise these - although they have to be used quite a long time to see effects. A green-_base_d concealer will help to stop them showing up. Standard advice for helping to prevent them is to avoid extremes of temperature/sudden changes on temperature (especially saunas), cut down on spicy food, alcohol and smoking. Taking supplements of Vitamin C & Rutin can help to prevent them - helps strengthen the cappiliary walls.

I recall perfection du teint (I think) which is a green day cream designed to have a theraputive and palliative effect. All the ranges for sensitive skin, including the Neroli oil, are alleged to have an action on strengthening capillaries Gatineau do an anti-redness corrective cream, designed to be used day & night.
