Okay, so I have been surprisingly restrained lately when it comes to buying make-up (especially lipsticks. I now have over 60. I am a sick, sick person.), but I have tried a couple of new skin care items recently I thought I'd mention. First, Pond's has these make-up taking-off clothies that initially caused me fear because I remember how evil those old Take-Off's were in the '80s

and has some vitamin E for good measure. I like it much. I will have to second that. I have been using it for quite a while now and my skin breaks out when I _don't_ use it. It also makes the colourstay foundation I wear actually come off with some scrubbing rather than a sandblaster, which I seem to need if I forget to moisturize first. Something I have noticed about O'Olay is that the moisturizer is GREAT as an eyemakeup remover in a pinch. It will take off stuff a 45min hot shower leaves on... just don't get it directly in your eye.

Most definitely.  I use the Oil of Olay Protective Renewal, with SPF 15 and Beta Hydroxy, and I carry it with me everywhere.  Then, if I'm in a place with no makeup remover, I won't be stuck looking like a junkie raccoon at work! Given the choice, I'd rather have my Oil of Olay with me on a desert island than any cosmetic.

the moisturizer *is* great - i've been using it religiously for about four months now, and i absolutely love it.  unfortunately it didn't keep me from getting a pretty bad sunburn on my nose the one weekend that i went out in the sun and forgot my spf 30, but i didn't expect it to - it's great for daily use and hopefully over time if i keep using it it will keep my skin from getting too much sun damage (:::::crossing fingers:::: Amy Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.

I also finally have gotten into the habit of applying moisturizer with sunscreen EVERY DAY. I was very lax about this until the grey hairs came in and my hands started to show my age. I read during the summer that physical sunblocks are better than chemical sunblocks (I forget why), so I looked for the stuff they recommended in that article: Oil of Olay Complete. This stuff is nice. SPF 15 (full-spectrum), no discernible fragrance, completely sinks into skin fairly quickly, doesn't feel heavy, and has some vitamin E for good measure. I like it much.         i found hte olay stuff to be a bit greasy.  I live in the south and when it's hot that stuff never sinks into my skinand leaves me with a shiny face in an hour or so.  i've had good luck with Loreal's ExcellA 3.  Very light, very nice, spf8, and part of the only skin care system that keeps myoil pits dry.         Loreal also has a great eye cream
