I'm getting ready for work - just fixed some pasta salad and thought I would share with you. This is VERY easy and good. Any kind of pasta (I like the tri-colored and mix the shapes). Cut up any crunchy vegetable (I use cauliflower, broccoli and carrots - I have put chopped tomatoes in it if I know it's all going to be eaten soon) Then pour poppy seed dressing over it and mix well. No poppy dressing for me! I investigated narcotics too long to want to even try that stuff just once. NO WAY! I am a clean-cut American, drug free, sober, deranged naturally with no help from those illegal things.

Leighann I agree. This is a fundamental and righteous blessing of veggies and pasta. Any other dressing will work just as well. Add some radishes and such if you like them. Maybe some sliced/chopped cooked turkey or chicken.
