I need to eat the following items in every lunch and dinner. 200 grams lean meat (raw weight) Large garden salad 1 teaspoon flax oil 1 teaspoon olive oil 50 grams cheese (only in lunch) How about a cook book? There are a million recipes that will meet your nutritional requirements above. If you can't get enough protein, take a bit extra in the form of protein powder or bars. -S-
