We should show our individuality not only across the style of dressing ourselves, but also by our head-dresses.
According to latest tendencies, head-dresses have to be as most natural. - We turn already to natural slaughter-houses, to the natural texture of hair. Such which can be blow-dried, does not it is necessary them to press with the iron, does not it is necessary them to turn on brushes, absolutely not to comb back, rolls on the head also already are not necessarily  timely - Philip Galas  speaks. - We found  that these natural head-dresses, completely free, completely loose, this this is, what to wear will be.

l oreal professionel Review of L'Oreal Shine Delice and Maybelline Wet Shine
I came across this today and thought it might be of interest to AF. It's from Street Cents, which is a Canadian TV program (on CBC).  This review was in their web archives so it's a bit old but I found it interesting nonetheless. http://www.cbc.ca/streetcents/archives/guide/2001/01/s08-02.html Glossy Lipstick Ever tried to get the wet shine lip look? Street Cents tests two brands of shine-marketed lipstick and gives you some helpful wet shine tips. The shine-marketed lipstick street test Street Cents decided to test 2 brands of shine-marketed lipstick. Denise Wong, the Street Cents reporter in Vancouver, met with a group of girls who tested the two products by answering the following questions: Does the lipstick look as wet on you as it does on the models in the ad? How does the lipstick feel? Do you like the colour and the texture? How does Maybelline compare to L’Oreal? Is there a difference between the two brands? Which one do you like the best? Would you buy either product? Street Test Results: Neither the Maybelline Wet Shine or the L’Oreal Shine Delice lived up to their ads. Neither product produced the wet shiny look that’s in their ads. This is what some of our testers had to say… Maybelline Wet Shine: “…it’s not as shiny as it is in the ads and the commercials, but it’s pretty good.” “….as for the shine factor…it’s more like a regular lipstick.” Street Cents learned that both lipsticks are made by the same parent company but the L’Oreal Shine Delice is two bucks more than the Maybelline Wet Shine. L’Oreal Shine Delice: “…not my kind of lipstick. It’s really waxy and I could totally feel it there.” “It moisturized but that’s the best thing I could say about it…it’s definitely not worth the 10 bucks.” “I was surprised by the shine but the glitter is really rough.” What the experts say Street Cents contacted the Director of Education for the School of Professional Make-up in Toronto. This is what he suggests if you really want to get that glossy, wet look: Apply a lip liner that’s medium dry and line your lips carefully with the sharper tip. Turn the lip liner onto its side (not the sharper part, but the softer side) and fill in your lips. Lightly tap the lips with a translucent powder, or a foundation…but not both. Add another _layer_ of lip liner – two _layer_s are enough. For the wet look, get a clear lip gloss or lip glass and tap it in the middle of your upper and lower lips, then use a lip brush to lightly smooth the gloss over the lip. Use a lip gloss that’s not too creamy, buttery or sticky like M.A.C.’s Lip Glass Lip Gloss. Street Cents reporter Denise Wong tried the M.A.C. LipGlass Lip Glass ($10.76) for a 15ml tube and followed the artistic director’s tips. She says it gave her “an expensive and sticky look.”

I like the Shine Delice myself. No, it doesn't shine like in the ads, which is one reason I like it. It's like lip gloss with a hint of color. jen

L’Oreal Shine Delice: “…not my kind of lipstick. It’s really waxy and I could totally feel it there.” “It moisturized but that’s the best thing I could say about it…it’s definitely not worth the 10 bucks However, when you're buying ten of them for $10 because they're closed out, they're  definitely worth the money. I love Delice. It gives a sheer veil of very pretty, my-lips-but-better color, which looks finished but not overdone.
