Iv'e got fairly oily skin. Although i don't have much acne, i can't seem to control it. Should i moisturize my skin after washing? Iv'e been moisturizing my skin after washing for a while and it hasn't really improved my situation. Will it make it worse or better if i stop?

Unfortunately, there is no way of telling without trying it. Is your skin dry and scaly without moisturizer?  It is rather odd that you are using moisturizer on oily skin!
