Just as the Nazi-like Muslims of the world rejoiced on hearing of the butchery at the two towers, there are things that incite Holistic Swingers and Medical Whiners to revelry; one grossly deceptive report came out saying that medical errors in hospitals caused deaths in the many tens of thousands. Of course, this received lots of attention from assorted holistic whiners, blamers, and bellyachers. The news pressed investigators to spring into action. On closer examination, it was found that the report had included bad medical outcomes from adverse events - incidents that no prognosticator in the world could foresee.  Just because an adverse event is preventable, just because every costly test cannot be done, does not mean that a doctor or nurse is in error. Even with the best safeguards, problems may still happen to the best of us.
